Factory

The lubricants factory is set for the production of large quantities. The total storage capacity for the base oils is 17.000 mt. Also 50 store tanks are being used for the storage of finished products and additives. The factory is equipped according to the last techniques and is provided with a “pickable line system” There are two inline blenders which have a capacity of 30 and 40 mt per hour. There are also 12 batch blending tanks. Sea vessels up to 5000 mt are supplying the factory with the needed base oils. The management system for the orders has been intergrated into the IT system. This way the organisation is extremely flexible. Because of this system it is possible to blend and to deliver products within 24 hours at the end-user.
